A Conveyancer is an Attorney who has passed a specialist Conveyancing exam and who is admitted and enrolled to practise as such by the High Court of South Africa.

 

Since the inception of Sharm Moodley & Associates, we have had a strong conveyancing department. Sharm Moodley has had personal knowledge in the Real Estate market, thus being of great support to other real estate agents in the market. She is able to support both real estate agents and private clients in closing complicated property transactions, overseeing the bond grant applications to finality and ensuring the security and integrity of the transaction from commencement.

Sharm prides herself in giving personal attention to each and every client and their transaction, with a dedicated conveyancing team following through with the matter.   

As specialist conveyancers and property law attorneys we are able to assist with the following:-

•           Drafting of Sale Agreements

•           Registration of Transfers and Mortgage Bonds

•           Cancellation of Mortgage Bonds

Mortgage Bonds and Financial Institution Home loans

We are on the preferred panel of Attorneys for ABSA Bank, STANDARD Bank and NEDBANK. You may request your bank to allocate the registration of your Mortgage Bond to our firm.

 

We also work closely with some of the major estate agencies in the surrounding areas.
