Sharm Moodley & Associates Inc was established as a private legal practice by Sharm Moodley in 1992. Under the guidance and expertise of Mrs Sharm Moodley, who is serious about professional ethics, the firm has experienced a great deal of growth over more than two decades in the industry and has developed from a sole practitioner establishment to an Incorporated Company.
Mrs Moodley, successfully completed her BA (LLB) at the University of Durban Westville and was duly admitted as an Attorney in the year 1988. Sharm Moodley was passionate about conveyancing and property law and was soon after admitted as a Conveyancer and subsequently as a Notary Public.

Dannelene Moodley, the daughter of Sharm Moodley had joined the firm on completion of her LLB degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She was duly admitted as an Attorney in 2012 and subsequently as a Conveyancer.
Sharm says that Dannelene adds value to the firm by bringing in a fresh young mind with vigor, allowing the firm to grow in perpetuity and reach greater heights.
While the firms' focus is primarily conveyancing and property law, we offer a wide range of legal services, including; Winding up of Deceased Estates, Wills, Trusts, Notarial Practice, Divorce Law.
